A Day for Everyone! This event for people of all ages brings hundreds together on the Muhlenberg College campus for a day of fun, music, entertainment, learning, and a wide variety of activities. Here are just a few reasons not to miss this event: • The Music (Dakota Road, chapel concerts, workshops on contemporary worship -- and more) • The Keynote Speaker (the Rev. Dr. Mark Allan Powell, internationally known theologian, Bible scholar, and one-time rock music critic for The Houston Post. • Creation Celebration (Children's Program, for K-5 to learn a song with Dakota Road, do crafts related to creation and the Book of Faith, play games, and meet new friends. • Workshops and Playshops (over 40 choices ranging from Bible bingo to creation stewardship, from skateboard evangelism to centering prayer, from magic to Darwin -- if you have an interest, there is probably a workshop for you. • Walk for World Hunger (Take a walk around the perimeter of the Muhlenberg College campus (23rd Street, Chew Street, 26th Street, and Liberty Street - a distance of about a mile)to benefit the ELCA World Hunger appeal. • Old Testament personalities (didn't you always wish you could meet Ezekiel?) You can't beat the cost: For a whole day of fun, music, activities, and lunch, the cost is $15.00 per person and, if registering as a family of 3 of more, cost is $15.00 each for the first two persons and $5.00 for each additional person.
