The Blessing of Animals Service
In the ancient tradition of St Francis of Assisi this service has become a favorite
for all pet owners in our congregation and community. You are invited to participate
by bringing with you for a special blessing all docile pets or those
restrained by a leash or appropriate container. It is a blessing to have you to
love and care for another of God's creation. An offering is
received for Animals in Distress
In 2011 the service will return to the last Sunday in June at 9:15am
2008 Service
The 2009 Service was held on Saturday Oct 3rd
at 11am - the day before St
Francis Day.
The sun came out and the day was wonderful.
